Who agrees we should add 2 more tracks?
Seeing this off weekend coming up, and hearing Burton's comment about what he thinks about off weekends saying "I dont see why we have them so early in the season, we just came back from a 3 month break. I like seeing the off weekends more in the summer"

And because of Nationwide going to Mexico city... made me think we should add Montreal and Mexico city Road courses to the schedule, i love watching these. And maybe having 4 road courses, whenever somebody says "Nascar is boring all they do is turn left!" well we can back it up saying there are road courses.

    anyone else like this?
About my fellow Burton fan... yeah the only bad thing i would hate about these road courses, is that there both from outside US.. and because Burton doesnt do too good on them.
Response to Mr. Awsome... is there any other Superspeedways in USA? I know Talladega and Daytona.. im not sure if theres any more that are 2.5 miles or larger.

Road courses stink to high heaven. They're boring - thank goodness we only have to endure two of them per season.

I couldn't care less about the people who say "NASCAR is boring all they do is turn left!" They should watch F1 or whatever. Turning right is highly overrated.

road courses are for IRL and Drifters not NASCAR they could use these "boring" weekends to go to tracks like Millwaukee and Nashville places they stopped going to.

2 road courses are enough. When people tell me Nascar is boring, I tell them there is a new invention called a remote control that changes the channel you are watching.

I agree, I am also a Jeff Burton fan. I think there should be more road tracks. NASCAR may add one more road track but it will be inside the United States.

honestly I think adding 2 more road courses would be the best . I personally love road racing. its almost like short track racing, beating and banging for the position until the end.

but if NASCAR does add two more Road courses they should add either Montreal and Mexico City, OR, bring back Riverside and go to either Road America, Mid Ohio, Topeka raceway, or Laguna Seca. those I would love to see NASCAR at especially Laguna Seca (that corkscrew that the track has is awesome).

And they should add a road course race to the Chase and get rid of either Lowes Atlanta or Texas.

Definitely need another road course in the season, and one in the Chase.

Need to get rid of some of the double races at the 'cookie-cutter' tracks...Cali, Mich, etc. Keep the double races at the old-school tracks (Martinsville, Richmond, Bristol, etc.). Replace the cookie-cutters with the likes of Darlington, Nashville, Kentucky.

Need to build more Superspeedways, enough cookie-cutters already.

As for the weekends off, they need to space them out more and not have them so early in the season.

I don't think I'd like to see them add any more road courses at all. The camera coverage is so random - it's here and there and hopeful fans can wish on seeing their fave when the cameras comply. You miss a lot of the parts you would like to see and are watching the "boys" battling for lucky dog or tenth place or something you don't care about.

I think if you polled most of the drivers, they would be in favor of more races, but not anymore road races. I agree that there should be a road course in the chase. I also think that there should be only one race at each track and spread the rest of the dates out to many of the fine tracks acrossed the country. To answer your other question, Pocano is classified as a superspeedway at 2.5 miles, but I personally have never found either of its 2 races particularly exciting.
