    the people at the end of my street park there burger van on the road, on the corner right in the way! is there any laws for parking them on the road? it is only parked there, they dont sell from it there.

    The law states you have to park 15 yards away from a corner so they are breaking the law. You can email the local council as well and ask if there is a bye law against how they are parking.

    You would have to call your local police and ask them about what laws your community has. Usually you cannot park within 50 feet of any intersection-but that isn't for all roads.
    If you are in a 'residential' area there may not be any rules about it.
    Just talk with the police and ask them to check it out. If he is parking illegally, after a couple of tickets he'll find a new place to park it!

    maybe but i know you arent allowed to park them near schools anymore it is a new law as it encourages children to eat unhealthy foods

    As i understand it,if it is parked and obstructs the right of way or is a danger the council etc can have it removed if after a warning the owner fails to park it safely

    i have heard of chuck wagons but never a burger van
    anyway if you have a problem call the cops they are parked too close to the curve
